Our Story
The story of Orendain Brands begins in the kitchen of our great-grandmother, Luisa Orendain, in Sonora, Mexico. Her handmade tortillas became the center of family meals — and eventually the foundation of a successful tortilleria she opened more than five decades ago.
That passion for traditional food was passed down through generations and remains at the center of everything we produce today. Orendain Brands was founded with a clear purpose: to produce authentic Mexican foods using natural ingredients, traditional methods, and reliable manufacturing practices.
